Blog Post #6 The Meatrix

Everyday supermarkets and fast food restaurants are selling larger amount foods, which are added in small amounts such as chemical. People are eating and buying this kind of food everyday, but nobody care or know about this that factory farms are not supplying natural or pure food. The meatrix a kind of small film that help us to know about where our everyday foods come from and what we are eating is it good for our health.

The meatrix is now around of the animals. Almost time supermarket’s eggs, milk, and meats come from factory farm. In the mid of 20^th century, factory farm was born. Greedy agricultural corporation started to change some parts from family farms. Their kind of changed are increasing their best cost to both humans and animals. They made factory farm and very closely put animals together as much as possible. Animals could not move from their place, farm inside couldn’t get fresh air, sunlight. This heartless condition made animals sick, unhealthy. In addition, they deabeaking chickens and cut off cow’s tail. They mixed antibiotics with feed animals. The factory farm corporations destroy our communities. Most of the dairy farms are getting change in this 21^st century. They are using artificial growth hormone for cows.

It is really horrible, after I watched this meatrex film. I didn’t know lots of things about factory farms. For earn more money and faster supply factory farms are using many wrong ways, which very affect when people buy and eat these foods.

Today, most of the people like to eat in fast food. After watched this film, I’m trying to change my food systems. Because I eat beef, chickens so much, so what I eat meats they all similar like this meatrix. Factory farms are doing too faster supply animals products in the fast food and supermarkets. If people want to live with better health, they should be changing their food system. First, people need to stop less eat meats, one or twice a week and don’t eat fast food everyday. People should eat organic food, but organic food more expensive. Sometimes people couldn’t buy it, so they have no choice without buy factory farm food. However, if people eat everyday meats, they also eat lots of antibiotics with meat. Because, factory farm are using antibiotics with animals feed. On the other hand, we are supporting to factory farms by buying their products so much. I think that if we stop buy their products, so factory farms couldn’t build no more. In this society, everyone should think about this problem. Because this problem will be increase our health diseases. If we continue eat these, we will get sick. Everyone should watch the meatrix film, if people couldn’t do anything for stop these problems. At least, I hope that they will try to less eat meats.
